Hudson Valley Brewery is a farm brewery on East Main Street in Beacon, New York. It opened to the public in 2017. Its website says it makes Sour Farmhouse Ales using only New York State ingredients.
The beer leans toward fruit-forward Sour IPAs. The brewery also makes lagers and hoppy beers. The draft selection changes weekly.
The building is historic. In 2023 the brewery finished renovations that added a spacious new tasting room and event space. A kitchen serves food.
Leashed dogs are allowed in a designated outdoor area at the front of the brick building. You can also buy four-packs of cans and bottles to take home. More people have reviewed Hudson Valley Brewery on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Beacon on this site.
