Jubeck New World Brewing is a nano brewery and taproom in downtown Dubuque. Its website says it was Dubuque's first craft brewery. Founders Jay Jubeck and Dan Caraway opened the doors in July 2014.
The taproom sits in a historic building with exposed brick walls, a tin ceiling and wood floors. Its website says the founders and their friends built almost everything themselves, including the reclaimed wood bar and tables and a custom 2 barrel brewing system. The site also says there are no TVs, with soft lighting and vintage tunes on the record player.
