About Swan Brewing
Swan Brewing is a brewery and taproom in downtown Lakeland, Florida. It opened in 2018 in a building that had been an auto repair shop since the mid-1940s. The sealed concrete floors still show that history.
The taproom has 30 taps. Its website lists IPAs, stouts, sours, pilsners, lagers and seasonal beers. It also pours wine, cider, non-alcoholic options and sodas.
The 25-foot bar is built from a salvaged bowling alley lane. Glass windows on the opposite wall look straight into the brewery. A roll-up glass door opens onto a covered patio overlooking Lake Wire.
A food truck parks in a dedicated spot Tuesday through Sunday. Dogs and kids are welcome, and the patio has a stage for live music. More people have reviewed Swan Brewing on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Lakeland on this site.
