Orchestrated Minds Brewing is a nano brewery on NW 1st Street in downtown Fort Lauderdale, in the Dorsey Riverbend community. Its website says residents voted it Best Beer in Fort Lauderdale in 2024 and 2026. The brewery says it sources ingredients locally when it can.
The taps lean toward hop forward IPAs, sours and stouts. Lagers, pilsners and blonde ales are in the mix too, along with hybrid beers and barrel aged experiments. The brewery says it tweaks its recipes with the seasons, so new beers keep turning up.
The brewing space is 1,500 square feet, and the taproom is 1,000 square feet. The website says the taproom is always dog friendly. Co-founder Davy is the head brewer and handles the beer production himself.
Co-founder Jaime runs day to day operations and still brews sours and IPAs. The brewery says its beer has been poured at more than 170 beer festivals around the world.
