About Destin Brewery
Destin Brewery is a small-batch brewery on Mountain Drive in Destin, Florida. Its website says the founders are long-time home-brewers who wanted Destin to have its own brewery and gathering place. The tasting room opened in June 2016.
The beer is made with Destin's warm weather in mind. The year-round list includes Destin Ale, a blonde ale, and East Pass IPA, a lighter IPA with citrus-forward hops. Bridge Rubble Double, Emerald Coast Ultra Lager, Beeliner sour and Bote Beer, a session IPA, round it out.
Seasonal beers rotate, and the website also lists hard seltzers and limited releases. It lists medals from the New York International Beer Competition for several beers, including Destin Ale and East Pass IPA. The brew house started with three four-barrel fermenters.
