About Barrel of Monks Brewing
Barrel of Monks Brewing is a Belgian-inspired brewery and taproom in Boca Raton. Google calls it a Belgian ale specialist. Its website says a group of close friends started it after trips to Belgium.
The flagship lineup includes The Wizard, a witbier with orange peel and coriander. Single In Havana is a Belgian blonde with guava. Waypoint IPA and the Belgian tripel Three Fates round it out.
