WaterCraft Brewing is a brewery and distillery on Avenue D in Apalachicola. All of its seating is open air, so you drink with a view of historic downtown. It is still on the corner after all these years.
One Moor, a light American lager, is its most popular beer. Reel Dirty Blonde is the second most popular. The list also includes The Corner IPA, Topwater Red, Schooner Brown, Intracoastal Hazy and a raspberry Berliner weisse.
The whole family is welcome in the tasting room. Dogs should stay on a leash, and children should not be left unaccompanied. You can take beer home in crowlers or growlers, and the same corner sells Apalachicola Vodka.
