About Elevation Beer Company
Elevation Beer Company is a brewery and taproom in Poncha Springs, Colorado, just outside Salida. It has brewed Colorado craft beer since 2012. The brewery is independently owned and sits at the gateway to the Arkansas River Valley.
First Cast IPA, 8 Second Kölsch, Little Mo' Porter and a Pilsner are among its most popular beers. The styles run from IPAs and lagers to porters, stouts and barrel-aged beers. A cask-conditioned ale rotates on the firkin.
A food truck partner serves from the property, and there is also a taproom food menu of shareable appetizers, sandwiches and burgers. The patio has mountain views. Friendly dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating areas, weather permitting.
The brewery hosts live music, trivia nights and beer releases through the year. Families are welcome in the taproom, and draft and to-go beer are both available.
