About Rock Cut Brewing Company
Rock Cut Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom on West Riverside Drive in Estes Park. It was founded in 2015 by Tracy Goodemote and Matthew Heiser, college friends who started with homebrewing in a garage. Today they brew on a seven barrel system with a large viewing window from the taproom.
Twelve taps pour beers meant to fit all palates. The menu has included Enos Pils, a German-style pilsner, and Nokhu Crags, a West Coast IPA. Its website also lists a 2024 GABF medal for Altruism, a German-style amber lager.
The taproom sits near downtown with views of Lumpy Ridge and the Continental Divide. The patio has a covered pergola, and the Big Thompson River runs nearby. Dogs are welcome on the patio, and kids are welcome inside.
A food truck is often on site, and you can bring your own food. Trivia runs on Tuesdays. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Estes Park on this site.
