Cohesion Brewing is a taproom-focused brewery in Denver's Clayton neighborhood. It is inspired by the beer production and service methods of the Czech Republic. The brewery opened in 2021.

The beer follows Czech tradition. Its website describes decoction mashing, open fermentation, natural carbonation and service through Lukr taps. It also names locally grown malt, malted to the brewery's own specifications, and Czech hops.

The tap list centers on pale and dark Czech-style lagers, with guest taps from other breweries alongside. Select bottles are available to go. The taproom has an outdoor patio, and dogs are welcome only there.
