Cerebral Brewing is a brewery and taproom in Denver's Congress Park neighborhood. Co-founders Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire started it in 2015 along Colfax Avenue. Its website says the team brews with scientific methodology and an artistic viewpoint.

The website says Cerebral has run an in-house QA/QC lab since day one. It names foeder fermented lagers, imaginative IPAs and a barrel-aging program as passions. The beer list includes Rare Trait House IPA, Gasoline Rainbows West Coast IPA and Neon Lite Colfax Lager.
