Colorado Mountain Brewery is a brewpub and restaurant in the Interquest Marketplace in north Colorado Springs. This is the original location, opened in summer 2010. The website says it looks out over the Front Range and the U.S. Air Force Academy, with large outdoor patios and fire pits for watching the sun go down.
A 1993 Air Force Academy graduate dreamed it up in 2008. Much of the decor and many of the beer names nod to the local area and the Academy. Ole '59er Amber Ale even shows up in the kitchen, in the beer cheese soup and the barbecue sauce.
The food leans hard into Colorado. The 14er burgers are named for peaks like Pikes Peak and Mt. Bierstadt, and there is bison chili, bison queso and venison egg rolls. The website says Gordon Ramsay raved about the Bison Meatloaf Wellington when he came to town.
Happy hour runs twice most days, once in the afternoon and again late in the evening. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Colorado Springs on this site.

When is happy hour at Colorado Mountain Brewery?
Happy hour runs Sunday through Friday from 3pm to 6pm, and again Sunday through Thursday from 8pm to close. It covers food and drink specials.

Yes. Reservations are on the website. For a party of 8 or more, call the Interquest restaurant directly, and larger events go through the Groups and Parties page.
