Wild Blue Yonder Brewing Co. is a brewpub in historic downtown Castle Rock. It fills a converted Victorian home, with an 1887 Carriage House beside it. The owners are brothers Andrew and Dean Wasson and Andrew's wife Rachel, who all served as Air Force officers.
The name is a nod to the Air Force fight song. The website says the rotating taps bring new craft beers daily, and it serves gourmet pub fare. It also lists wine, ciders and cocktails.
