Fruition - Brewing and Kitchen is a brewery, tasting room and kitchen in Watsonville. It sits in the East Lake Village shopping center on Highway 152. Its website says the kitchen cooks with seasonal, local and organic ingredients.
Fruition is the vision of David Purgason and Tallula Preston, who met through mutual friends at Seven Bridges Organic Brewing Supply. The beer is brewed on a 10 barrel system with a custom built direct-fire kettle.
The brewery sources ingredients from local farms and suppliers, including Admiral Maltings and Gizdich Ranch, for both the beer and the kitchen. The spent grain goes to the herd at Garden Variety Cheese.
The tasting room is family friendly, and the patio is dog friendly. Trivia runs on the last Wednesday of the month, and karaoke runs on the first Thursday.
