About Santa Monica Brew Works
Santa Monica Brew Works is a brewery on Colorado Avenue in Santa Monica. Its website calls it Santa Monica's first and only brewery. The team began brewing in 2014 and opened the tasting room in the fall of 2016.
The beers lean toward the California coast. The website lists a 310 Blonde Ale, Inclined IPA, Citrus Witbier and Pali Cali Pils. It also lists a juicy double IPA, a chocolate porter and a guava pineapple sour ale.
A beer garden followed in the summer of 2020. Well behaved pets are welcome outside. Inside, only ADA service animals are allowed.
The whole family is welcome until 8pm, and after that the room is 21+. More people have reviewed Santa Monica Brew Works on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Santa Monica on this site.

Yes, until 8pm. The website says children must stay by a parent's side, and nobody under 21 is allowed after 8pm.
