About Las Palmas Brewing
Las Palmas Brewing is a small, independent brewery in downtown Palm Springs. Its website says it is currently the only production brewery in the city. It specializes in lagers, unfiltered IPAs and farmhouse ales.
Friends Sam Gill and Rey Romero founded it as a neighborhood gathering place. Gill is co-owner and head brewer, working on a 2bbl system. The website says the beers never get additives, filtration or fining.
Six taps pour beers that change often. The website lists favorites such as Table petite saison, Fifty Four French saison and Bloom unfiltered IPA. Natural wine, cider, kombucha and non-alcoholic drinks are on offer too.
There is no kitchen, so you can bring your own food. Kids are welcome, and there is a beer garden and a front patio. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Palm Springs on this site.
