Strum Brewing Company is a family owned brewery and taproom on North Euclid Avenue in downtown Ontario. Its website says the tagline is Beer & Music Unite Us. Live music, open mics and karaoke fill its events calendar.
The tap list runs wide. Its menu has a blonde ale, a West Coast IPA, a light lager, a Mexican lager and a dark stout. It also lists a Belgian quadruppel on nitro and hard seltzers in flavors like lychee and nectarine.
