About Ramble West Brewing
Ramble West Brewing is a brewery and taproom in Chico, California. Its website calls it a community hub. Co-founder Ryan Eley is a Paradise native and a CSU Chico graduate who has brewed professionally since 2010.
The site says Eley brewed at Bootlegger's Brewery in Fullerton, Left Coast Brewery and Lagunitas in Petaluma. It also says he helped Left Coast win a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival. He came home to Chico to open a brewery of his own.
Food comes from a rotating lineup of food trucks parked out front every day the taproom is open. The events page lists trivia nights and live music.
The website says the story started in 2018 with a casual lunch meeting between two West Coast guys. Ramble West beer also pours at other spots around Chico, and a beer finder on the site shows where.
