Monkish Brewing's Anaheim spot is a brewery and beer garden just outside the Anaheim Packing District. It opened in 2021 as the second Monkish location, after the Torrance brewery that serves as headquarters. A third taproom has since opened in Echo Park.
The tap list splits between Belgian-ish beers and a long run of hoppy ones. Song of Silence is a Belgian blonde, and Feminist is a tripel brewed with hibiscus. On the hop side, expect West Coast IPAs plus double dry hopped IPAs and double IPAs built on Citra, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and more.
There is indoor seating and an outdoor patio. The Anaheim page lists the spot as both kid friendly and dog friendly. Food comes from food trucks on a posted schedule.
Cans go home in four-packs, along with some in-house bottles such as Haiku De Saison, a saison aged in oak foudres. The beer menu is split into what you can drink here and what you can take away.
